Directions

Directions from Atlanta:

Take I-85 South toward Montgomery. Stay on I-85 until exit number 58 to Auburn, Alexander City and or Birmingham. Once on the new portion of 280 you will cross over a bridge followed almost immediately by the intersection of Hwy 29 (Pepperell Parkway), you will see a BP gas station on your right and across the street on the left a Golden Coral restaurant. Stay on 280, but reset you odometer to zero (0).

Proceed north (although the sign says West) on 280. I think the sign says to Alexander City. Along the way several roads will intersect 280 you can ignore them all but start paying attention at 18 miles on your odometer you will see Ala 50 West (only). You will be on 280 for only 1.6 more miles. Be looking for the second Ala 50 sign & a Tallapoosa 34 sign - Ala 50 East (goes to your right) and Tallapoosa 34 goes to your left (joint intersection for both highways).

Take a left onto 34 and go 7.6 miles. You will be at a blinking Red traffic light with a Chevron Grocery/Gas Station at your right front. This is the intersection of Tallapoosa County 34 and ALA 49.

Turn left and go south on ALA 49 for 1.1 miles to the new gate for StillWaters. Turn left and enter StillWaters. Follow directions within StillWaters below.

Directions from Birmingham:

Directions to The Living Waters Church From Birmingham/Alexander City Via the New Gate on Hwy 49.

Take US 280 South until you reach ALA 49 South (Dadeville) turn right onto ALA 49 and follow it (this will involve a couple of turns in Dadeville around the Court House) for approximately 5.3 miles until you come a blinking amber traffic light with a Chevron Convenience Station as well as a Texaco Grocery/Gas Station on your right front at the intersection of ALA 49 and Tallapoosa County 34.

Continue South on ALA 49 for another 1.1 miles to the new gate for StillWaters. Turn right and enter StillWaters. Follow directions within StillWaters below.

Directions from Montgomery:

Take I-85 toward Atlanta. Get off I-85 at exit number 32, the Tuskegee/Franklin exit. Turn left and go North on ALA 49. Stay on ALA 49 (this will involve a sharp left across RR tracks not long after getting off I-85) through Walnut Hill toward Dadeville, until you pass Blue Creek Marina on your left.

Next you will cross a bridge over Blue Creek. Note your odometer mileage or reset it to zero and travel 1 mile from the bridge to the new gate for StillWaters. Turn left and enter StillWaters. Follow directions within StillWaters below.

Directions within StillWaters:

Stop at the gate and get a Guest Pass, reset your odometer to zero and then travel straight on Moonbrook Drive. At 1.4 miles you should see our Clubhouse on your right – continue on past the putting green bearing to the right. At 1.9 total miles from the gate you will arrive at a 3-way stop sign.

Continue straight on Moonbrook Drive and follow the signs toward the Marina. This requires a left turn at the Four-Way Stop onto Lakeview Ridge.

Go a short distance and you will see the Golf Villas on your left and then a level parking lot also on your left. Park in the Church lot and walk across the street following the small blacktop path. Living Waters Church is just a short distance down the path.

Service begins promptly at 9:00 A.M. Please plan on being present not later than 08:45, so that you can meet with the lay leader and go over the order of service, etc. Dress is casual.
